The Engineering and Construction segment is involved in the civil and structural works. The Concession segment engages in concession and assets management. The Oil and Gas segment deals in marine fuels, lubricants, petroleum-based products, and logistics management and vessel related services. The Plantation segment produces crude palm oil and kernel. The Property segment is involved in the property development, hotel operation, and facilities management. The company also offers provision of management services and vessel related services; real property and housing development; maintenance services of a teaching hospital; construction, establishment, operation, maintenance, and management of a highway; rental of plant, machineries, and equipment; and issuance of sukuk.
