This segment also offers reagents and equipment for genetic research, cell culture, and protein analysis; automatic analyzers for biochemical, immunological, and blood; and test reagents, as well as undertakes services for DNA analysis in the field of life sciences. The Specialty Product Delivery (SPD) Business segment provides inventory management, medical material masters and data analysis, and purchase management services. The Nursing Care Products Business segment engages in the sale and rental of nursing care equipment; the sale of welfare equipment, such as portable toilets and bathing chairs; and home renovation works, as well as provides nursing care services. The company was formerly known as OLBA HEALTHCARE HOLDINGS, Inc. and changed its name to OLBA DVx HEALTHCARE, Inc. in September 2026. OLBA DVx HEALTHCARE, Inc. was founded in 1921 and is headquartered in Okayama, Japan.
