Agora S.A. engages in the production and distribution of films in Poland. The company operates through five segments: Film and Book, Radio, Outdoor Advertising, Digital and Printed Press, and Internet. The Film and Book segment engages in the operations in the management of cinema facilities under Helios SA, and film distribution and production under Next Film Sp. z o.o., as well as the operations of Agora Publishing House. The Radio segment operates local radio stations, supra-regional TOK FM radio, and Radio Plus. This segment also operates in Agora SA and companies of the Eurozet group; and local stations Zlote Przeboje, Radio Pogoda, Meloradio, Chillizet, Antyradio, and Rock Radio brands. The Outdoor segment provides advertising services on various forms of outdoor advertising media. The Digital and Printed Press segment involved in the activities related to publishing the Gazeta Wyborcza daily, including digital editions; and special editions of Gazeta Wyborcza magazines and publishing periodicals, as well as printing activities, which provides printing services for the needs of Gazeta Wyborcza. The Internet segment offers internet and multimedia products and services. Agora S.A. was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
