It operates in Germany, Europe, North America, and internationally. It serves private customers, tourists, business and corporate clients, and intermediary partners, distributing its offerings through direct (B2C), business (B2B), and partner (B2P) sales channels. The company was founded in 1912 and is headquartered in Pullach, Germany. Sixt SE is a subsidiary of Erich Sixt Vermögensverwaltung GmbH.
