It operates through four segments: Residential Finland, Residential CEE, Building Construction, and Infrastructure. The company develops and constructs apartments, residential areas, apartments and living services, business premises, and entire areas. It also constructs and renovates projects for industrial buildings, data centers, logistics, retail, sports, hotel, business, and office projects as well as public buildings, such as hospitals, health and well-being centers, day care centers, schools, and multi-purpose buildings. In addition, the company provides Renovation constructing services comprising refurbishment of entire buildings, pipe renovation projects and energy renovations for housing companies, as well as develops and carries out hybrid projects. Further, the company is involved in the railway and traffic route construction and maintenance, energy data centers and industrial construction, bridge building and repairing, foundation construction and other earthworks, shoreline and water work construction; and undertakes underground construction, which includes excavation and structural engineering, water supply construction, and implementing sport and parking facilities.
