Big Lots, Inc. was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. On September 9, 2024, Big Lots, Inc., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
