The Maine Services segment offers stevedoring, cargo loading and unloading, container stuffing and destuffing, ship dockage, road transportation, and storage and tailgating, including truck loading and discharging services. The Environmental Services segment provides renewal of underground water mains, dredging, dewatering, contaminated soils and materials management, site remediation, and risk assessment for industrial, municipal, and other governmental customers. The company was formerly known as Quebec Terminals Ltd. and changed its name to Logistec Corporation in April 1969. Logistec Corporation was incorporated in 1952 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.
