@Ravel surprise though $SNOW still holding on to give ample time for institutions to exit. This should have gone down to $200 by now. and $ABNB max I'm ready to pay is $130 a share.

$SNOW Guys, I would like honest advice from someone who understands S1 filings pretty well. As far as I can understand, the lockup expiry will be on Thursday (the second trading day immediately after the 10th trading after 90 days of the prospectus or, 12th trading days after 90 days of the prospectus). It is very apparent that the stock will stay above 133% of initial offering price of 120 per share for the next two trading days, which means the minimum 10 trading day clause is met. Now my question is whether they will wait a further 5 trading days after the 10 trading days to complete 15 days and then the second trading day immediately following that (17 trading days after 90 days of the prospectus), the shares be available for sale?
